Community Success Manager (US) – Contract 

  • Job Description
    • TL;DR – make our customers happier, excited and our product work – all the time.
    • The SOLO CSM will handle the entire SOLO journey with local clients:
    • onboarding – custom training to meet the challenges of each SOLO community
    • ongoing support of the SOLO clients and users Through physical visits calls, email conversations, and weekly webinars 
    • You’ll be the main contact for our customers, supporting and helping them progress in improving the well being of the residents and staff members who connect with SOLO. 

You must be super passionate about using new innovative technology to provide a better quality of life for older adults.

  • Qualifications

    • Experience with Therapy / Technology  / Senior Care – Advantage
    • A self-starter who can take the initiative and ensure that your portfolio of accounts get the attention and support they need to be successful
    • 2-3 years of customer success experience and demonstrated project management skills
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities along with effective presentation and facilitation skills
    • Experience in a startup or small team environment
    • Willing to go above and beyond to expand SOLO’s reach and impact

VP Sales (US) – Contract

  • Job Description
    • TL;DR – sell our AI Emotional Wellbeing Technology to organizations in US (B2B)
    • Reporting to the CEO, drive the strategy and execution of business development activities, including go-to-market strategy, sales, and overall commercialization approach.
    • Create the playbook for identifying, engaging, qualifying, and securing new customer partnerships.
    • Partner with the CEO to set and review both quarterly and annual goals and sales objectives, monitor and report key metrics to senior leadership team. 

  • Qualifications

    • Over 5 years experience selling B2B solutions to enterprise clients, preferably to enterprise clients in the Senior Care, Home Care and Healthcare market
    • Significant exposure to the North American market
    • Experience in a senior leadership capacity
    • Proven track record in delivering exponential annual growth over a number of years
    • Passionate about mental health, its benefits and our mission
    • Someone who possesses both strategic and operational leadership competencies
    • A team player who openly embraces our values of collaborating, listening and learning, and authenticity
    • Prepared to travel at least 25% of their SOLO time
    • Willing to challenge the status quo
    • Agile and willing to both adapt and scrap to achieve success

Full Stack Developer

  • Job Description
    • TL;DR – co-develop our mobile and web app

    • We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

    • As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

    • Participating in the design and creation of scalable software
    • Writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end
    • Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues

You must be super passionate about using new innovative technology to provide a better quality of life for older adults.

    • Qualifications
    • Experienced with Node.js
    • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks ( React, Node.js)
    • Experienced with relational (mySQL) databases
    • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
    • Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
    • Experienced with React Native & front-end languages and libraries
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Great attention to detail
    • Organizational skills
    • An analytical mind
    • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
